Standard queen room was good sized and elegant with good facilities. The atmosphere created was quiet! Location: the hotel was near to the Loft bar/restaurant which was great as well as river.

This place is charming and stylish with outstanding staff who ensure it's always tidy; located conveniently near the Loft bar/restaurant, the river, and a public car park, offering a beautiful and amazing setting.

The highlight of our stay was definitely the café at the hotel. They had a mouthwatering selection of homemade cakes and an impressive variety of 15 tea flavors. It was like stepping into a Willy Wonka wonderland, but with tea instead of chocolate. Absolutely delightful!

The hotel is in a unique building and is fairly clean. It's a short walk to the Loft bar/restaurant, which was great. - the location is excellent, close to the spectacular Pyrenees, the river, and the train station and buses.

We loved the historic-style building and big size room with good facilities. There were fridges and a washing machine too. - the hotel's location was stunning and marvellous, near to the Loft bar/restaurant which was great.

stayed in oloron-sainte-marie before, but l'astrolabe was a delightful surprise. charming, old-world hotel with friendly staff. perfect for exploring the pyrenees on a motorcycle. loved the unique room and powerful shower. breakfast served with fresh bread, croissant, and delicious fruit salad.

Lack of natural light and noisy windows.

Lovely, lovely staff. Nothing too much trouble. A great starting point for exploring the Pyrenees and access to untold numbers of different routes. Plus, the garage provided added security for our motorcycles.

The traffic noise was quite bothersome, but I suppose it's to be expected in a busy town on a through route. the room we stayed in was on the top floor overlooking a busy street, which made it quite noisy.

Amazing tea selection and delicious homemade cakes! Free WiFi throughout the property was a nice touch. And the Lindt Chocolate Factory nearby? Heaven for shopaholics like me!

Such a shame that the beds were as comfortable as a bed of nails. Ouch!

The staff were super friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in early. The room was beautifully decorated and the whole building had a great atmosphere. The location was central and had secure parking. The staff were patient and helpful, making our stay very comfortable. Will definitely be returning!
